GROUP LIFE INSURANCE/ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT
Several plan designs to match the needs of the individual stores
* (A PLAN DESIGNED USING A PHARMACIST'S KNOWLEDGE)
The prescription drug plan structure is based on the MSI (Government Drug Formulary) for family services but also includes compounds which normally are not covered by the formulary, providing there is a prescriptive ingredient imitrex (with protocols) and anti-histamines.
The formulary is dynamic. Exceptions are made if the medical health of the employee or her/his dependent can be seen to be significantly enhanced by a drug perhaps not on the formulary. The pharmacist makes the recommendation. Also covered are items that have an economic advantage. This includes providing benefits not normally covered by the Plan i.e. the drug not on the list is less expensive than the drug that is on the list.
